Kristine Fergusson is the first costume designer I've worked with. She is open to idea's, and I find her very easy and pleasant to work with. She took my 27 page screenplay and was able to see what the characters would wear without even seeing the actor face to face. I find that very in tuned with whatever work she gets her hands on, and you never see that a lot in the business. She also bases some of the characters appearances on what the actor's personality is when she gets to meet them. I find that working with people who are very visual can be a lot of help with bringing a film to life. Kristine was able to add the texture I needed to create the world for ANAMORPHIA. If it was not for her, the vision within my head would not be come off stunning as I imaged.
